Founded in 2015 by Willie Round, born and raised in Chicago’s North Lawndale, MudLife Entertainment stands for Motivate The Urban to Be Determined.
From his West Side roots, Willie turned personal experience into powerful storytelling. His work spans Emmy-winning collaborations on Trial in the Delta with NBC and Collaboraction Theatre Company, Off-Broadway productions like Broke Down Drone at Chain Theatre, acclaimed short films, and the documentary The Lawndale King.
MudLife is more than entertainment — it’s a movement, telling authentic stories that uplift communities and amplify voices that deserve to be heard.
